Melanated Pearl Corporation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization located in Hampton, Ga a subsection of Clayton County established in November 2018. The organization targets services for Black Women in Georgia; the Metro Atlanta area. Our Mission is to educate, uplift, and empower Black women.

Instructional Coach
Crystal Perry serves as the Middle School Math Instructional Coach for the teachers and students of Ivy December 2019-May 2020. As the Middle School Math Coach, Ms. Perry supports math instruction, professional development, data analysis, and student achievement at the middle school level, providing instructional support to all math in teachers in grades 5 and 6-8.
